Hey Yall! I'm Sierra Emerson. A multiple six figure hairpreneur passionate about empowering women to achieve time freedom. My cowboy husband and I travel all over the country embracing the open road of his rodeo career.  My entrepreneur journey began with my first sales experience in high school, where I quickly realized I wanted to chart my own way and avoid a traditional boss. At 20, I launched my career in the Hair Industry, finding success through hard work and determination and was convinced I had found a trade that would always provide for me  

BUT in 2020, everything changed 

Eleven years into my career, the pandemic hit. I found myself without work for 13 weeks. Frustration and resentment initially clouded my perspective but this challenging time became a catalyst for growth. Realizing in that time with weeks away from the chair... I was burnt out and over working in my career. I needed to live life more! I now share my knowledge with stylists to live life fully and still make 6 figures working 3 days a week thru my Hairprenuer Course 

I discovered how to share my niche expertise with anyone, anytime because I love helping people be successful and dream.

Balancing my love for hairstyling and flexible lifestyle, I work 3 days a week behind the chair while making 6 figures and 4 days doing the things that breathe life into me like getting Pedicures, Traveling, feeding our ranch animals and Brunch dates with my blued eyed cowboy. I didn't want to keep this knowledge to myself on how to educate others with your own skill sets, That's how Simply Passive came to be. Its designed for you- the women who knows there is a way to make money while encouraging others to dream and achieve in their own careers. My goal was to create a way to educate others to teach and earn even more income on the 4 days I was away from the salon chair without the hustle. Now its your turn!
